'That Hamilton Woman', originally titiled 'Lady Hamilton', is a 1941 black-and-white British historial film drama produced and directed by Alexanda Korda. The film tells the story of the rise and fall of Emma Hamilton (Vivien Leigh), dance-hall girl and courtesan, who married Sir William Hamilton (Alan Nowbray), the British ambassador to the Kingdom of Naples, and became mistress to Admiral Horatio Nelson (Laurence Olivier).

After married to Sir Hamilton, Emma lived a luxurious life in the high-society, she came to appreciate her luxurious surroundings and her glamorous new life. Women's clothing of that period mainly is 'Rococo Style' and refered to 'late Baroque',it is an 18th-century artistic movement and style, which affected several aspects of the arts including painting, sculpture, architecture, interior design, decoration, literature, music and theatre.

Emma Hamilton's daily dress retaining the grogeous elements of Rococo, however she also injected 'Greek Style'.

She matched the elements of fur, velvet, lightweight silks and yarn.

However time passed, Rococo is over exaggeration for nowadays daily dressing, therefore many designer brands have launched light Rococo series which maintain the key elements of Rococo by using fabrics, folds and even flower patterns.
